Emergencies Are Never AI-Only

Always a Person

Ticket first, then a warm transfer

One rule, no exceptions

Most of what a voice agent does is about efficiency. Emergencies are about something else. The rule is fixed in configuration and can't be switched off: urgent calls go to a person, 24/7.

A breakdown on the motorway — ticket raised, then a warm transfer to roadside.

The sequence

  1. Safety first — is the caller safe? If not, contact local emergency services.
  2. Capture — location, vehicle or booking, and what happened.
  3. Ticket — raised at high severity before anything else.
  4. Transfer — to your roadside or on-call line, with a briefing.
  5. Fallback — if nobody answers, the ticket escalates and the caller is told what happens next.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The ticket is already raised and escalates to the next contact. The caller is told what will happen and when.

  • Yes — the categories and transfer targets are agreed with you, with safety calls always included.
