COM8 Voice is a product of COM8 Studio, a software solutions and marketing company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to COM8 Studio.
Information we collect on this website
When you contact us, book a pilot or open a support case, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, work email, job title, company and message — and any files you choose to attach.
We also collect limited technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the website secure and understand how it is used.
Information processed by the COM8 Voice service
Every call answered by COM8 Voice begins with a disclosure that the caller is speaking to an automated assistant and that the call is recorded.
We process call audio, recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers and the details callers provide to complete their request. Recordings and transcripts are stored encrypted in the United Arab Emirates, and card numbers are never collected by voice.
Customer data is never used to train any model.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, provide and support the service, produce the reports you request, keep our systems secure and meet our legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and service under appropriate contractual safeguards, or where required by law.
Security and retention
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logging. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by our agreements with you.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting info@com8.io. Customers set how long recordings and transcripts are kept, and can request deletion at any time.
